Love those lashes {and a make-up tip}




 Just a quick make-up post today.....


I've been trialling some new mascaras lately and have fallen in LOVE with Max Factor - False Lash Effect .


I'm loving how it applies so easily and clump free, my lashes look really long AND thick with ONE coat! Gotta love that.....


As a make-up artist, I go through a lot of mascara very quickly, but for my personal use, I'm no different to anyone else. 


Can I leave you with one make-up tip today?


Please, please throw away your mascaras after about 3 months as they are no longer fresh and breeding bacteria like crazy...which can lead to eye infections. You don't want that do you?


At least quality mascaras are cheap enough to do this without killing your make-up budget.  :)


I would really love it if you could let me know what you think about me putting make-up posts on this blog. Is there anything else you'd like to see here? A tutorial or give away perhaps?  Your feedback would be most welcome.

    So Marnie, the 25 year old mascara I've got is ready for the bin? LOL (It's not like I wear make up a lot but I'll take that opinion on board, thanks.)

    For the times I do wear make up, I would love some advice on applying eye shadow. It seems I've forgotten how to do it. Nothing flash, just for normal wear. I usually cream/brown shades. Thanks.

    I guess I have some purging of old mascaras to do :) One mascara I recently purchased that I have been disappointed in is Lash Stiletto. Not good at all.
