Yep,
this is low fat, low carb and high in protein.
And it tastes DIVINE!!!!
I think it tastes like cheesecake.
I love that it doesn't wreck my weight loss efforts.
It's simple to make too.
Just put some tinned (or fresh) peach slices in a bowl.
Dollop on some low fat ricotta.
Drizzle over a little honey (just a tiny amount, or skip it)
Dust with a touch of cinnamon.
Sprinkle on some chopped walnuts.

I think you're freakin' me out! I made the exact same thing a couple weeks ago but topped with almonds! How freaky! Yummy, hey? I'm going to try with walnuts.
